Community Justice Director

Working under the general direction of the Board of Commissioners, the Community Justice Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and reviewing the activities and operations of Adult Parole and Probation and Juvenile Department Services within Lincoln County.
This position requires a bachelor?s degree in behavioral or social sciences, criminology, psychology, law enforcement or a related field. A master's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must have at least eight years of progressively responsible experience in juvenile and/or adult corrections or social services, including a minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience. Candidates must have advanced certification as an adult parole and probation officer and possess a valid Oregon driver license.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
