Job Description:
Organize drawing per SWBS number and drawing number.
Record the drawing number, title, revision number, date, and contract number.
Enter this information into our data base.
Check Image Site data base to see if drawings already exist as.
Pdf Create a transmittal document Place drawings into a 100 count stack in numerical order Roll drawings and place in shipment box along with transmittal letter Deliver to warehouse for mailing to NARA in Riverside, C for processing.
The contractor shall provide program support for marine operations engineering.
The intent is to reduce the size of technical material down to less than a dozen or so cabinets.
Experience requirements are - two years working in a library with either a library science major or associates in library science or equivalent experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
