Washes all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand according to established procedures.
Collects trash from service areas and kitchens, empties garbage cans, replaces trash bags and scrubs cans as required.
Breaks down boxes and takes trash and cardboard to the dumpster via Toro.
Cleans and polishes all stainless steel in area including:
shelves, dish storage, ice machine, refrigerators, walk-in.
Keeps pot & pans, and utensils storage area neat and orderly.
Sweeps and mops floors.
Cleans floor mats.
Cleans dish machine through the day as needed.
Cleans cooler.
Follows sanitation guidelines.
Work safety and security guidelines and uniform polices.
Stand on your feet for at least 4 hours at a time and over the 8 hour shift.
Able to lift and carry 75 lbs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
