Job Description:
Day to day will be 2-3 intakes/day, diagnosing and referring out; annual assessments; plan of care; short term counseling; typical case load is 30.
Shift:
Days (M-F), 8am - 5pm (flexible) No OT, no weekends Contract:
Minimum 6 months Orientation:
1-2 weeks EMR:
